Welcome to GörselArt Retouch Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before utilizing our digital imaging and photo editing services.
1. Services Provided
GörselArt Retouch Studio offers online photo retouching, professional portrait retouching, photo retouch services, photo color correction, image enhancement, and background removal. All services are rendered according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of order submission.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is confirmed, payment must be completed as specified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices and payment terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
3. Delivery and Turnaround Time
We strive to deliver completed work within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, for which GörselArt Retouch Studio is not liable. Delivery of final images will be made through the online platform or as otherwise specified.
4. Intellectual Property
All original images provided by clients remain their property. GörselArt Retouch Studio retains the right to use the edited images for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client. Copyrights to the enhancements and retouching work performed by GörselArt Retouch Studio are retained by the company until full payment is received.
5. Revisions and Satisfaction
Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as part of the selected service package. Requests for additional revisions may incur extra charges. We aim to meet client expectations but do not guarantee specific results due to the subjective nature of photo editing.
6. Liability
GörselArt Retouch Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not accept responsibility for data loss, image corruption, or variations in color or quality due to display settings or printing.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information and images are treated with strict confidentiality and are used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not share or disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be canceled prior to service commencement. Refunds are subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the nature of the service rendered. Once work has begun, refunds may not be available.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
10. Amendments
GörselArt Retouch Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
